Planner (Melbourne)

Our awesome Planner will provide our clients with frameworks and roadmaps that enable them to make strategic and tactical decisions quickly and effectively; a continual reference point between the agency and the client. This individual will have a healthy understanding of psychology and behaviour change and respect strategic rigour and its role in helping to create better creative. Our Planner will get to the heart of problems and be open to solving them in a myriad of ways.


  • Working closely with the Strategy and Digital Departments (inclusive of Content) to ensure that client’s solutions are explored and mapped to deliver on the complete customer experience

  • Challenging and inspiring the creative teams across every discipline and channel day in, day out, and encouraging them to think differently about how we can develop creative communications ideas.

  • Leading the development and delivery of strategic presentations

  • Leading the creation and oversight of reports that deliver data-driven, actionable insights for our client’s business



  • 5+ years experience; with demonstrated leadership on strategic and planning projects

  • A marketer at heart; passionate about data and insights, psychology and behavior change

  • Analytically minded; someone who has the ability to distill information and translate it in a digestible way



  • Experience executing a range of digital and social strategies, including digital-first creative campaigns, content marketing solutions, bespoke media-led marketing tactics and the integrated us of content and social media.

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, methodologies and tools including Trello, Asana, Slack

  • Highly knowledgeable in the areas of branding and conceptual development for advertising

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule
